Eligibility for Exchange & Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Products purchased during sales, clearance, or promotional events are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Certain categories, such as personal care items, perishable goods, and customized products, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and customization policies.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Submit a Request: Log in to your account and navigate to the ‘Orders’ section to initiate a return or exchange request.
- Approval & Pickup: Our team will review your request. If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
- Quality Check: Once we receive the product, our quality team will inspect it.
- Refund or Exchange: Upon approval, a replacement will be shipped, or a refund will be processed as per your selected method.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after quality verification.
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or provided as store credit, based on your preference.
- Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping costs.
- For exchanges, availability of the replacement item depends on stock.
- If the returned product fails the quality check, it will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.
